Alesia Soreil, Broker Associate

I grew up in Belarus, spent many months traveling and living in Europe, Asia and Latin America, but I found my true home in Colorado.

I love everything about our state: the seasons, the mountains, the plains, the towns, the resorts, the forests and the open spaces.

I also love everything about Denver: its authentic neighborhoods and spacious suburbs, its obsession with green chili and craft beer, its Broncos fans and Colorado Rockies followers; and, above all, I love Denver’s juxtaposition of new and old, vintage and contemporary, simple and grandiose. I truly believe that Denver has something to offer for everyone, and I find great satisfaction in helping my clients find that perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood, that makes them feel home.

As for me, I found my home in the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood, which is perfect for morning jogs and evening strolls with my dog Kaya. Living here allows for easy access to the Highlands and downtown Denver, the two places I frequent the most.

When it comes to the Real Estate as my choice of business, it won me over with its comprehensiveness. Real Estate allows me to combine and use my college training in Linguistics and Business Management, with my fluency in Spanish, and with all my professional experience in property management, sales and marketing, customer service, teaching and fine arts. I started my Real Estate career in 2003 in Vail Valley, working for a resort property management company. Several years later, I became a marketing manager for a Latin American division of a successful Real Estate firm. And eventually I transferred my knowledge and experience to Denver’s original and greatest- Nostalgic Homes.

Whether you are new to the area, looking to change your neighborhood or to reduce/ increase the size of your home, I will be happy to answer your questions and help you find Your Perfect Denver Home.
