Laura Tamburo, Broker Associate

I have been blessed to call Real Estate my career for over 24 years.  Following in my Mom’s footsteps, who also sold for nearly 25 years, I got licensed shortly after graduating college.  Born in California, after spending my younger years in Ohio, I ended up in the mountains of Flagstaff, Arizona to finish High School and College.  I raised my two sons and sold Real Estate in Arizona, but once my boys got off to college, I could finally plant myself where my heart really longed to be, in beautiful Colorado.

My years spent in Flagstaff had given me mountain fever, and a love for all things above 5000 ft.  The charm and history found in the Historic Neighborhoods around Denver drew me in.  I am fortunate to call a brick bungalow in Wash Park home, a gorgeous urban respite filled with green, tree-lined streets, people out exercising, playing sports in the park and enjoying all of the glorious sunny days we get in our incredible state.  It is just one of the many areas of vintage homes here that offer a walk-able, active, friendly, close-knit neighborhood feel right in the heart of the city!  Nostalgic Homes was a dream team to become a part of because of their incredible reputation of being urban vintage home experts.  It was a perfect fit for me!

As a seasoned agent who truly takes pride in listening to the needs of my clients, I closely monitor the market and the financial factors that affect my client’s purchases.  By focusing on personal wants, needs and goals, I efficiently select showings on the best properties for them, and then make sure they get the optimum price and terms given current market conditions.  If they are looking to rehab, upgrade, and increase their equity by taking on a fixer, I have the resources to get them the best contractors and advice to accomplish the ultimate outcome.

Working with buyers and sellers is truly a joy to me, with most becoming long term friends that I stay involved with long after the sale.  I’ve largely grown my business on referral alone, and I treat my clients as the valued asset they are to my success.  You need a representative, a counselor, a guide, and a trusted friend to help you through the sales process, and I thrive on being that to my clients!

Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know a little more about me through my bio.  I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you and hear all about your goals and homeownership dreams.  Let’s make those come true so you can host that party, share your space with friends and family that want to visit, and make those lifelong connections with new neighbors and community that make life and its moments extra special.
