Skyland Denver CO Neighborhood Information

Real Estate in Skyland Denver CO

Skyland is a neighborhood in North Denver. MLK Jr Boulevard bounds it to the north, York Street to the west, E 23rd Ave to the south and Colorado Boulevard to the east. Between 1915 and 1929, development of City Park and a trolley line along 34th Avenue launched both areas into the first of two significant periods of construction. The second dominant era of building homes ran from 1945 to 1959. One-story brick homes, similar to the structures built in many of the post-war subdivisions characterized the era. Many low-density, multi-family units also were made during this period. Houses for sale in Skyland Denver CO Neighborhood.
